Place of Stéphanie Ceska
Trained as an art historian, I graduated in 2025 from the Wavre Academy in the ceramics department.
I mainly work with clay on the wheel, creating functional stoneware objects with particular attention to line, delicacy, and restraint.
More recently, I have turned to porcelain, drawn by its whiteness, purity, and the technical challenges it involves.
My approach is now evolving toward a more holistic practice, inspired by still life: the repetition of vessels and their dialogue within space invite a silent, meditative installation in which whiteness predominates.
